The story

of Helen’s Place begins with a special mother and a son who wanted tohonor his mother’s legacy in a tangible way. Founder Dr. John G. Lingenfelter wanted a place where active seniors could live in a comfortable home-like atmosphere as his mother Helen did. Helen’s Place embodies the spirit of the woman it was named for – offering seniors a warm, inviting place to spend time with friends and loved ones, in a nurturing environment which stresses dignity and respect.
